Micro Toona is the seed of a tree that grows to be 15 feet tall, and is considered a springtime delicacy in the Himalayas which is no surprise due to its wild flavor profile. This Willy Wonka microgreen starts with a mushroom flavor, but transforms and finishes with meaty and smoky flavors. Great with French Onion Soup, or Beef Bourguignon.
