Widely used by the Aztecs as a condiment, these feathery green leaves are both fragrant and citrusy. It won’t grow a tangerine tree, but its zesty orange-like flavor is reminiscent of a fresh tangerine peel and this is how it gets its name. Excellent with fish and shellfish, desserts and even juice!
