Shiso Leaves Green

Shiso Leaves Green (also offered as microgreens) are always used in Japan when serving sushi due to the natural antiseptic it releases to protect the eater from any parasites. Deep green textured leaves have a fragrant flavor of basil, mint, cinnamon, and cumin. It can also make an excellent accompaniment to vegetables and pastry.
