Invented for the British in the 19th Century, our aromatic blend of coriander, turmeric, fennel, salt, cumin, fenugreek, and caraway seeds has a slight chili kick. Spicer than a traditional curry powder, it can be used for anything from customary Indian preparations to dry rubs for meat and seafood. Perfect for seasoning a snack like toasted nuts, popcorn, or homemade potato chips.
