Grown Blog Post
Have you ever wanted to grow your own microgreens, but never knew how (or where) to start? GROWN has the solution! Grown is an all in one, microgreen growing system that allows you to grow and harvest your very own micro herbs and vegetables – right from your kitchen countertop.
But first, what are microgreens? And why should you be growing them?
Microgreens are the seedlings (or young plants) of various herbs and vegetables. Because they’re so small, all the nutrients that the larger plant would require are concentrated in the little shoots – making them super nutritious. Whatever you do, don’t call them sprouts! That’s a different thing all together. In addition to being loaded with healthy nutrients and antioxidants, microgreens also have concentrated flavor! That means you only need a sprig or two to get all the flavor you’d usually get from an entire bunch!
Now that you know what a microgreen is, let introduce our varieties!
1. Micro Broccoli

And just like our other varieties, Micro Arugula has numerous health benefits as it is rich in iron, vitamin A and vitamin C.
