This ancient and heirloom variety is named for a native tribe known as the Atsina. They would use it to remedy a sore throat. Perfect for both sweet and savory dishes. Atsina has pronounced licorice, candy-like flavor with delicate and slightly fuzzy leaves. Great with Foie Gras, cocktails, coffee or cheesecake.
